Job DescriptionEarly Years Lecturer - Further Education We're looking for an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Early Years Lecturer to join a busy FE department and deliver inspiring teaching to learners aged 14-19 and adults, across Entry Level to Level 3 programmes. If you're passionate about shaping the next generation of Early Years professionals and enjoy creating engaging, student-centred learning experiences, this role offers a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact. In this role, you'll plan and deliver high-quality lessons, assess and support learners throughout their qualifications, and help guide them into work, apprenticeships, or further study. You will play a key part in curriculum development, quality assurance, and employer engagement, ensuring programmes remain relevant, up-to-date and aligned with sector expectations. You'll also act as a personal tutor, providing pastoral and academic support to help learners succeed. What We're Looking For: Experience teaching or training in Early Years, with strong knowledge of current practice and industry standards Ability to design creative, engaging learning materials and use student-centred teaching strategies Strong organisational skills, effective teamwork, and a commitment to safeguarding, equality, and inclusive education A teaching qualification or willingness to work towards one Early Years qualification required; assessor/verifier awards or T Level experience are desirable If you're committed to helping learners thrive and want to contribute to a positive, supportive teaching environment, we'd love to hear from you.
