The Learning Delivery Specialist role is responsible for delivering first-class learning interventions that will maximise learner experience and drive colleague engagement.The main responsibility of this role is to deliver induction content and provide support for new starters throughout their induction journey. This will predominately be within a Sales environment and therefore a key outcome of this role is to set up colleagues for success to make sales. The Learning Delivery Specialist will form great working relationships with their learners, business area leads and the wider people team, ensuring that everyone is connected to our new starters throughout their journey with us.In addition, the Learning Delivery Specialist will be required to deliver additional learning interventions for existing colleagues, which could include, but is not limited to; refresher, upskill and generic soft skill sessions.The aim of this role is to improve journeys to competence, enabling individuals to grow within their roles to achieve their full potential and carry out duties to the best of their abilities.The Learning Delivery Specialist will facilitate a range of blended curriculums across all business areas and whenever possible, will aim to bring colleagues together, to learn in a classroom-facilitated environment. They will strive to continuously improve our learning offering through analysis of the learner experience (levels 1 – 3 of the Kirkpatrick Evaluation model).This role will require travel to deliver training at other sites when required.What We Want You To Do Deliver high quality learning interventions to both new and existing colleagues ensuring we maximise colleague engagement and motivation to excel in their role.Responsible for the management of learning cohorts and class sizes (up to 15 for classroom facilitated sessions and up to 30 for virtually facilitated sessions). Ensuring learning is accessible but can also be adapted for the learners with additional requirements. The Learning Delivery Specialist will need to manage the delegates' pace of learning within cohorts to ensure all learners have equal grasp of the learning outcomes and provide additional support where needed.Be on site to deliver in person as much as possible.There may be a requirement for the Learning Delivery Specialist to manage challenging behaviours appropriately and escalate where necessary.Evaluate learning to ensure that the learning outcomes have been met. Through data analysis they should identify whether there is improvement to delivery style, content or learners requiring additional support.Constantly stay up to date with evolving industry trends and standards in learningAs part of continued professional development, a Learning Delivery Specialist will work with the Career Services Manager to ensure at least 1 observation is carried out per quarter and that any actions received are implemented.Assess learning effectiveness to ensure knowledge, skills and behaviours are being transferred by colleagues in their roles.Evaluate learner knowledge and understanding against all learning outcomes and assessment criteria. Provide access to additional learning and support to fill any identified gaps.Evaluate learner skills to ensure the key outcomes of learning has been met and colleagues are meeting their required KPIs.Become an expert on all learning content delivered throughout the curriculum and make recommendations for revision and updating based on learner interaction and evaluation data.Stay connected to the new processes in the business to enhance colleague development by activity spending time in departments.Demonstrate being a role model to our people by displaying the company values and behaviours and be a positive influence on your team members.Evaluation & feedback when current content doesn't reflect business changes and is inaccurate.Support with curriculum refresh and ensure content remains up to date and relevant.Maintain effective relationships with key business leaders.Stay connected to the wider people team colleagues and agenda.Constantly refine communication skills at all levels with sensitivity in dealing with learner and team issues.What Success In The Role Looks Like Drive an increase in our overall colleague engagement score.Drive a decrease of 0-3 months' attrition in department areas.Drive an increase in learners achieving their required KPIsEnsure you receive a score of 95% from learning evaluation feedback.What you need to have already done to be right for this role A successful track record of developing people either in a learning or manager rolePrevious experience in working within a sales environmentExperience in delivering interventions that has proven to develop peopleExperience in evaluating learningExperience in working with and engaging a diverse variety of individuals.Skills I.T. literate, knowledge of the effective use of Microsoft (Word, Excel PowerPoint), essential.Confident to present to groups and individuals.Ability to deliver and identify that learning outcomes have been achieved.Ability to deliver effective feedback that drives engagement and overall capability.Strong communication skillsOur StoryClear Business was established with the goal of simplifying our customers' lives and making our colleagues' experiences more rewarding.
