Be part of a company that values innovation, precision, and professional growth.What You'll DoAs a Vehicle Diagnostic Author, you'll play a pivotal role in developing, testing, and delivering diagnostic content. Your expertise will shape the way technicians around the world tackle complex vehicle issues. This role demands attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to simplify intricate technical concepts. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and excel at balancing priorities, this is the perfect fit for you.Key ResponsibilitiesDiagnose and author processes to address complex faults, from initial symptoms or DTCs to resolution.Develop workflow solutions for guided diagnostic systems.Manage and publish clear, concise content tailored for automotive dealership technicians.Collaborate closely with engineering teams to gather accurate and up-to-date technical information.What We're Looking ForA solid understanding of vehicle diagnostics and electronic systems.Proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience working with technical documentation.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a methodical approach to fault diagnosis.Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging with stakeholders at all levels.The ability to interpret technical drawings and engineering processes.A professional demeanor in customer-facing interactions.Teamwork skills combined with the initiative to work independently when required.Bonus Skills (Not essential but great to have):Trained in Simplified Technical English.Previous vehicle diagnostics authoring experience.Familiarity with 3D CAD or modelling software.Why Join Us?We are passionate about innovation and work collaboratively to give our very best to our staff and customers.
