Founding Software Engineer

About the RoleWe're looking for a Founding Software Engineer to join an early-stage AI company and help build a real product used by real customers.You'll have end-to-end ownership - from shaping ideas and designing solutions to shipping to production and iterating with customer feedback. You'll work closely with the CTO / Head of Engineering and be one of the engineers defining the technical bar, culture, and product direction.If you're a genuine builder who enjoys responsibility, ambiguity, and building things that matter - this role is for you.Team: 6 engineers, scaling to 12–15What You'll DoOwn product features end to end: design, implementation, deployment, and iterationBuild production-grade systems with Python and LLM integrationsTurn real customer problems into scalable technical solutionsWork closely with product, operations, and customersContribute to architecture decisions and engineering standardsHelp shape team culture and ways of working as an early engineerWhat We're Looking ForSenior-level software engineer (founding / early-stage experience is a big plus)Hands-on experience integrating LLMs into real productsStrong backend experience (Python preferred)Comfortable working directly with customersHigh ownership, independence, and maturityLocation On-site in London, 5 days per week (mandatory)Visa sponsorship available for strong international candidatesIf you're excited about building real AI products, working closely with customers, and being part of a high-bar founding team — we'd love to hear from you.
