In this role, you will support and lead efforts to develop client relationships, manage sales team activities, and contribute to achieving organizational sales objectives. Key responsibilities include assisting in the development of sales strategies, providing mentorship to team members, conducting market research, and reporting sales performance results to senior management. You will gain hands-on experience through practical training and coaching to grow into a successful sales leader.QualificationsStrong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skillsKnowledge in sales strategies, business development, and client relationship managementAnalytical thinking and data-driven decision-making skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively within a teamProficiency in Microsoft Office tools, CRM software, and other sales-related technologiesA proactive mindset with a passion for sales and self-improvementExperience in sales or customer-facing roles is advantageousNotes.
