Job Title: Scrum MasterLocation: Preston or Frimley. We offer a range of hybrid and flexible working arrangements – please speak to your recruiter about the options for this particular roleSalary: Circa £50,000What You'll Be DoingYou will help the product owner to define and maintain a well refined product backlog that is prioritised and aligned with strategic goalsYou will be responsible for identifying and addressing systemic impediments, actively working across teams to optimise delivery flow and remove impediments so the development team can focus on the work at handFacilitate the core Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Review, and Retrospectives) ensuring they deliver value to development teams and stakeholders. Guide teams through PI Planning and System Demos, ensuring alignment with Agile Release Trains and broader business objectivesYou will monitor key Agile performance metrics and use these insights to drive data-informed improvements and provide transparency to stakeholders at all levelsYou will play a critical role in Agile transformation efforts, introducing frameworks, tools, and cultural practices that enable high-performing, autonomous teams.
