Job DescriptionLead MEP BIM Coordinator - City of London Salary: c. £55,000 + hybrid workingA well-established multidisciplinary consultancy with a head office in Milton Keynes is seeking a highly experienced Lead MEP BIM Coordinator for its growing team in the City of London. This role offers an excellent opportunity for an accomplished BIM professional to take ownership of coordination delivery and lead a talented group of technicians and coordinators.The successful candidate will play a key role in driving BIM standards, ensuring high-quality project outputs, and mentoring junior team members. The position is offered on a hybrid working basis (3 days in the London office, 2 days from home).Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage the MEP BIM team within the London officeOversee BIM coordination on a range of projects, including residential, commercial, retail, and mixed-use developmentsMaintain and advance BIM standards, workflows, and best practicesLiaise closely with design teams to ensure coordinated and clash-free modelsProvide technical guidance, training, and support to the wider teamEnsure timely delivery of project information and documentationRequirements:Strong and proven experience in MEP BIM coordination within the UK construction industryExcellent working knowledge of Revit, Navisworks, and associated BIM toolsAbility to lead, mentor, and motivate a teamStrong understanding of building services (mechanical, electrical, and public health)Confident communicator with the ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teamsThis is a fantastic opportunity for a driven BIM professional looking to step into a leadership position and contribute to high-profile projects across multiple sectors.Please contact Joss Davidge at Eden brown to hear more.(url removed) / (phone number removed).Eden Brown is committed to equality in the workplace and is an equal opportunity employer
