A luxury beauty brand is looking for an experienced Head of Design and Creative to be based in London.The RoleAs Head of Design & Creative, you'll lead a talented in-house studio, blending visionary art direction with efficient project management. From packaging to digital, retail to campaigns, you'll oversee the entire creative output – ensuring it's not only on brand, but inspiring and effective.Key responsibilities include:Managing the full creative pipeline to deliver projects on time and to briefLeading weekly production meetings and overseeing traffic across design, copy and contentCollaborating with internal teams to develop briefs and asset plansDirecting seasonal campaign photoshoots and ensuring consistency across all visual assetsApproving final designs and maintaining a high bar for brand qualityLeading and mentoring a studio team of designers, artworkers, and freelancersPartnering with external creatives, agencies and production teamsOwning and evolving brand guidelines across all touchpointsCreating effective launch toolkits and on-brand copyEnsuring cohesive storytelling across packaging, digital, retail and social mediaSound like you?You're an experienced creative leader who thrives on balancing hands-on design work with operational oversight. You've worked in beauty, fashion or lifestyle, and know how to keep multiple projects flowing while pushing boundaries creatively. You bring:Proven experience managing a busy in-house studioA luxury or high-end brand background, ideally in beautyStrong Adobe Creative Suite, Figma and project management tool proficiencyA flair for copywriting and a sharp eye for tone of voiceExcellent stakeholder management and time prioritisationPassion for mentoring and building strong, collaborative teamsA flexible, 'make it happen' mindset that embraces evolving priorities
