Job DescriptionWe are currently recruiting on behalf of a thriving regional law firm based in Gloucestershire, which is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer Lawyer to join their team. JOB TITLE: Residential Conveyancing LawyerPQE REQUIRED: 2+LOCATION: GloucestershireResponsibilities:• Managing a caseload of residential conveyancing matters from start to finish.• Handling sales, purchases, transfers of equity, re-mortgages, and lease extensions.• Conducting property searches and title investigations.• Drafting and reviewing legal documents and contracts.• Liaising with clients, solicitors, estate agents, and other parties involved in the conveyancing process.• Providing legal advice and guidance to clients.• Ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and procedures.Requirements:• Qualified solicitor or legal executive with at least 2 years of post-qualification experience in residential conveyancing.• Strong knowledge of property law, conveyancing procedures, and relevant legislation.• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.• Ability to work independently and manage a caseload efficiently.• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.• IT proficiency, including experience using case management systems and legal software.Location:• The position is based in Gloucestershire, which offers a beautiful and vibrant setting with easy access to both rural and urban environments.
