You'll be leading automation, RPA and AI-enabled initiatives that directly improve how IRIS operates day-to-day.Why This Role MattersIRIS is actively modernising how we work.Your projects will:Reduce manual effort and operational riskIntroduce RPA, automation and AI-enabled processesImprove efficiency, accuracy, and scalability across the businessYou'll work at the heart of our Change & Transformation function, partnering with internal teams and a trusted third-party automation provider to deliver visible, measurable improvements.About the Team You'll JoinYou'll join our Programme team within Change & Transformation, working alongside experienced:Project ManagersProgramme ManagersBusiness AnalystsAutomation and technical specialistsIt's a collaborative, delivery-driven environment where well-run projects and practical outcomes genuinely matter.What You'll Be DoingLead automation and process improvement projects from discovery through to deliveryOwn delivery plans, milestones, risks, dependencies, and outcomesRun discovery workshops to understand current processes and identify automation opportunitiesWork closely with RPA / automation specialists and third-party partnersTranslate business needs into clear, deliverable project plansUse Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery approaches depending on the workTrack progress using tools such as Asana, Jira, or Monday.comProduce clear, outcome-focused reporting for senior stakeholdersStep in early when delivery drifts — and confidently bring things back on trackSupport teams through change, ensuring adoption of new automated ways of workingPromote leaner, smarter, more efficient processes across the organisationWhat We're Looking ForWe're looking for someone who is:Calm under pressureConfident handling senior and challenging stakeholdersComfortable leading delivery where technology, process, and people intersectYou'll need:Experience leading large or complex projectsBackground in automation, migration programmes, or highly structured environments (e.g. finance, telecoms, regulated sectors)Strong organisational skills and attention to detailProven experience improving processes and using data to guide decisionsA tech-savvy mindset - comfortable working alongside RPA, automation, or AI solutions (or keen to deepen this experience)Experience delivering using Agile and WaterfallFamiliarity with project tools such as Asana, Jira, Monday.comClear, confident communication and the ability to influence othersIt's a bonus if you have:Hands-on exposure to RPA or automation platformsLean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement experienceA recognised project management qualification (PRINCE2, APM, PMP, etc.)Experience working with third-party technology partnersWhat You'll GainA leading role in automation-driven transformation projectsExposure to RPA, AI, and modern process improvement initiativesHigh visibility across senior stakeholders and strategic programmesOpportunities to grow within a forward-thinking Change & Transformation functionA culture that values ownership, clarity, and delivery over bureaucracyOur Application ProcessWe like to keep things simple, transparent, and fair: Apply onlineSend your CV and a few details.
