As a Corporate Allocation Specialist, you’ll be at the heart of the Corporate Sales process, managing vehicle allocations for the UK market and ensuring every order meets the high standards of the brand. What You’ll Be Doing • Processing and managing orders from the Agent network, ensuring timely allocation of vehicles within agreed SLAs • Prioritising and clearing factory orders using corporate stock and offering close alternatives where needed • Creating accurate reports and meeting deadlines to keep stakeholders informed • Handling inbound calls and providing consultative support to the Agent network • Managing and resolving queries via the Corporate Helpdesk, escalating issues where necessary • Collaborating with other teams to achieve departmental objectives What You’ll Bring • Strong administrative skills with exceptional attention to detail • Excellent problem-solving and numerical ability • Proficiency in Excel (upper-intermediate level) • Great communication skills—professional, articulate, and customer-focused • Ability to build strong relationships across internal and external stakeholders • A team player with adaptability and a proactive work ethic • Knowledge of vehicle supply chain (advantageous but not essential) If you’re ready to take ownership, deliver excellence, and grow your career with a brand that sets the standard, apply now to become a Corporate Allocation Specialist and start your journey with Mercedes-Benz Financial Services. 4739847
