Job DescriptionElectrical Project ManagerOur client is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to oversee small works projects within a data centre environment in Slough. This is an excellent opportunity within the building and construction industry for a professional who is client-facing, presentable, and skilled at managing all aspects of project delivery. The Electrical Project Manager will ensure work is completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest standards, collaborating closely with designers, clients, subcontractors, and suppliers throughout all project phases.Key ResponsibilitiesManage multiple electrical small works projects within live data centre environments.Oversee project design, delivery, commissioning, and close-out.Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and key stakeholders building and construction sector.Drive project programmes, maintaining quality and meeting milestones.Manage budgets, risks, variations, and contract compliance.Promote HSEQ best practice and ensure full CDM and safety compliance.Prepare progress reports, RFIs, TQs, VOs, and technical submissions.Order materials, manage suppliers, and maintain accurate site records.Lead by example, supporting company values and strong client relationships.RequirementsLevel 3 Electrotechnical Qualification18th Edition & AM2S CertificatesECS Black Card & 2391 Testing & InspectionProject Management qualification (Prince2 - desirable)Experience with Microsoft Project and safety regulationsStrong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skillsUK driving licence & right to work in the UKFlexibility for occasional evening/weekend workBenefits24 days holiday + bank holidaysPrivate healthcare & dentalLife insurancePension schemeTraining & developmentEligibility for Employee Ownership Trust after 1 yearJoin our client in Slough as an Electrical Project Manager and take the next step in your building and construction career - leading innovative, high-quality electrical projects in a dynamic and growing environment
