This role as PA will be to support the Hospital Director and the Director of Clinical Services with day-to-day activities onsite at the hospital.Spire Nottingham Hospital is a premium provider of private healthcare. We are the only CQC Outstanding rated private hospital in Nottinghamshire and we are committed to delivering excellent individual care from the first time a patient contacts us until after their treatment is completeOur vision is to be recognised as a world class healthcare business bringing together the best people who are dedicated to developing excellent clinical environments and delivering the highest quality patient care.You must be able to drive to access this hospital and apply for the role.Duties And ResponsibilitiesTo Provide PA support to the Hospital Director and Director of Clinical Services, facilitating the smooth operation of the hospital.Provision of excellent standard of PA support to Hospital Director (HD) and Director of Clinical Services (DoCs) to ensure the smooth operation of the Hospital Director's Office. This will include, but not restricted to email and diary management, arranging of meetings with internal/external parties, arranging events and forums, submitting expenses. Monitor the HD email and disseminate to relevant members of the SMT any group requests/ actions and track through to completion. Administration and minuting of meetings chaired by the HD or DoCs and others when required and as directed by the HD. Tracking actions and ensuring that deadlines are met. Coordinate the preparation of presentations for the HD. In conjunction with the PP administrator, support the administration of the consultant medical society including (but not limited to) the co-ordination of the application process for Practising Privileges arranging HD PP meetings as required. Ensure compliance to policy and work with the HD and DoCs in implementing any policy updates. Attend quarterly MAC meetings. Manage meeting room bookings and ensure IT and refreshment requirements are organised. Administrative support for the weekly Ops Comms actions ensuring key items are actioned and followed up including the circulation of the Consultant Two Minute times and Weekly Colleague Communication. Provide monthly feedback on IT central support.Maintain good governance around the shared drive and access for employees. Ensure all local policies & forms are version controlled and tracked, and corporate policy updates are circulated to the relevant teams, signed off where needed and hospital hard copy library is up to date. To liaise with the wider hospital team, ensuring excellent communication, scheduling of meetings and disseminating information appropriately.
