You will be looked upon to provide solutions to technology challenges as well as educate end users on utilizing available tools to perform their tasks more efficiently.What to expect:IT phone support to stakeholders globally (On rotating basis) Computer imaging and troubleshooting Technical advice and guidance for Hologic employeesHardware procurement, inventory, disposal supportVIP/Executive supportAssist with managing standard process/proceduresWork directly with vendors on installations, upgrades, preventive maintenanceIT Helpdesk ticket response and closureOn call – out of regular business hours on a rota basisWhat we expect:Experience in an IT Help Desk support roleWindows 10 /11 experience Microsoft Office / Office 365Laptop and printer hardware knowledge requiredMobile Device support experience (iOS preferred)Advanced knowledge of desktop support tools Knowledge of networking principles and troubleshooting client Wi-Fi issuesAbility to triage, troubleshoot, and resolve PC/Network problems quickly and accuratelyExcellent communication skills, telephone support skills, and interpersonal skills with a customer service focusServiceNow experience is desirable but not essentialSo why join Hologic?We offer a competitive salary as well as additional benefits including pension, medical insurance, and much more So, if you have the skills, knowledge, and experience we’re looking for, apply today#associate
