Job DescriptionPaint Sprayer Prestige Franchised Motor Dealership - PrestonOur client, the No1 motor trade employer in the North West, is looking to recruit an experienced Paint Sprayer.A huge opportunity to work with a top employer and prestigious brand that has a fantastic reputation, alongside a great team.The Role:Includes but is not limited to,Painting and finishingMaintain workmanship standards and product quality to the highest levelsBe responsible for all aspects of paint process including mixing paints, surface preparation, maintenance of equipment and spray boothMaintain a safe working environmentPreparing surfaces for painting by meticulously cleaning, buffing, polishing and masking the areas that should not be paintedSkills & Experience:Excellent interpersonal and organisational skillsProven experience as a Spray Painter/Paint Technician/Paint Shop Prepper in the automotive or vehicle manufacturing industryIn-depth knowledge and skill set of paint application techniques, body filler, surface preparation and refinishing processes.Proficiency in using computerised paint mixing technology to achieve precise colour matchingExcellent attention to detail and colour perception skillsGood communication and interpersonal skillsSelf-motivated and can work under pressureAbility to work independently and efficiently, while also collaborating effectively with the teamCommitment to maintaining a safe and clean work environmentWorking hours are 40 per week, Monday to Friday, with an unpaid lunch break of 30 minutes.The Person:Candidates will demonstrate:Strong communication skills for customer service and team communication.Handle all vehicles with due care and attention ensuring that customer care/satisfaction is maintained at all times.Awareness of and adhere to all the Housekeeping and Health and Safety regulationsThe Benefits:Competitive salary based on experience25 days holiday (plus bank holidays) in a complete holiday year (January to December)An additional day's holiday in recognition of your birthdayBowker Benefits Discount retail shopping platformPreferential family rates on vehicles through the group staff schemeCompany pension schemeDeath in Service policy at 1x basic salaryWork wear suppliedCycle to work schemeTraining, coaching and development fundedIncentives and rewardsFree tickets to local and national eventsStaff social eventsOn site car parkingWorking hours/days:Monday to Friday 8am - 5pmSalary:Basic - £35kOTE - £42k+ Uncapped and guys earning much moreInterested?
