Were seeking a Production Planner to join their dynamic Production Department an integral role focused on planning, performance improvement, and operational excellence.About the RoleAs a Production Planner, youll be at the heart of production performance, ensuring factory-wide throughput and workflow are optimised across all sections. This is a varied, fast-paced position where analytical thinking meets hands-on teamwork ideal for someone who thrives on continuous improvement and enjoys influencing performance at every level.Youll be responsible for:Planning and monitoring daily production performance across the factory.Tracking key performance metrics (KPIs) and implementing improvement measures.Collaborating closely with production teams to ensure quality standards and output targets are achieved.Conducting performance reviews and updating skills matrices based on real-time data.Supporting management with accurate, timely performance reporting and insights.Engaging, motivating, and developing team members to drive continuous success.About YouWere looking for a dependable and proactive professional with a keen eye for performance, data, and process improvement.
