Ensuring budgets and distribution, are in line with company expectation with strong in store executions.This is a field-based position in North East England. Travel expected 4.5 days per week within area to visit customers for sales, business meetings and staff training. Additional travel may also be required to Basingstoke and occasional international travel.Key ResponsibilitiesAchieve company, team, individual and commercial objectivesManagement and execution of trade investmentsDesign, plan, agree and implement by account:Commercial planSales planMarketing planService planDevelop and implement the sales strategies in line with the company goals, which deliver the required resultsManage and continually monitor your accounts adherence to the segmentation policyTo establish a collaborative, cooperative team culture and fulfilment of company valuesSkills You'll Need...An interest and passion for Golf is essential Proven experience of working in a sales position and achieving targetsA proven knowledge of golf retail/wholesale, Sports or a Fashion Market place is idealExcellent negotiation, selling and presenting skillsFull clean driving license and flexibility to travel daily within areaLife At AdidasTo ensure everyone feels welcome we endeavour to accommodate everyone at all stages of the application and interview process.
