This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive to become part of a respected team that values quality work, collaboration and long-term relationships with clients.The RoleReporting to a senior lawyer, you will act as a trusted advisor to individuals, families and trustees. This role suits an NQ with prior Private Client experience or a lawyer with 1+ PQE. You will deliver clear, compassionate and practical advice while maintaining the highest professional and regulatory standards.Key Responsibilities\tManaging your own caseload from initial instruction through to completion\tMeeting clients to discuss their matters and maintaining excellent service standards\tDrafting Wills, Powers of Attorney and other associated documentation\tHandling probate matters and estate administration\tAssisting with the creation and ongoing management of trusts\tSupporting senior team members where required\tEnsuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies\tContributing to marketing, networking and business development activitiesSkills & Experience\tAt least 1 year’s experience in a Private Client department (or NQ with equivalent pre-qualification experience)\tExperience drafting Wills, LPAs, and dealing with probate and estate administration\tStrong attention to detail and high-quality drafting skills\tExcellent client care skills with a compassionate, clear and professional manner\tAbility to work independently, manage deadlines and handle competing priorities\tStrong written communication and solid IT skills\tA proactive, commercial and team-orientated approachBenefits\tCompetitive salary\t24 days’ holiday plus bank holidays\tContributory pension scheme\tPrivate health insurance\tFree on-site parking\tSupportive working environment with real opportunities for developmentIf you would like to join a respected and growing Private Client team and build your career in a supportive, high-quality environment, we would love to hear from you.
