As Paid Social Executive, you'll take ownership of paid social campaigns across Meta and emerging platforms for a fast-growing brand with ambitious growth targets. If you're a Paid Social, Paid Media or Digital Marketing Executive or Assistant, who loves experimentation, thrives on data-led insights and wants to make a real impact on business growth, we'd love to hear from you.What You'll Be DoingPlan, launch and optimise paid social campaigns across Meta, with full ownership of strategy and executionEvaluate and expand into new platforms including TikTok, Pinterest and LinkedInDevelop testing strategies across bidding, targeting and creative elementsCreate digital assets for campaigns using templates, tools and agency partnersLead continuous A/B testing across ad formats, copy, media types, audiences and landing pagesAnalyse campaign data to extract actionable insights and commercial recommendationsPresent clear, commercially relevant reports to both digital specialists and senior leadershipStay ahead of platform developments and industry trendsCollaborate with a passionate team of marketers who genuinely want to learn and grow togetherWhat You'll Need to ApplyExperience in a similar paid media or digital marketing role (agency or in-house background).Strong hands-on knowledge of Meta Ads Manager.Experience with TikTok, Pinterest or LinkedIn Ads is a bonus.Performance-oriented mindset with genuine curiosity about what drives results.Analytical and data-driven approach with strong commercial awareness.Comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.Excellent communication skills across all levels.Desire to continuously learn and develop your marketing expertise.Enthusiasm for building a brand that's competing with national players.What You'll Get in ReturnCompetitive salary, performance-related bonuses, generous holiday allowance, and the chance to make a real difference in a growing business that values innovation and bold thinking.What's Next?If you like this sound of this opportunity, please apply right away
