Job DescriptionDescriptionAs aService Delivery Supervisor, you will manage the LDP OperationalTeams in the successful delivery of the Cadent Mains ReplacementProgramme in the North West. The Service Delivery Supervisor willprovide supervision to those teams under their jurisdiction, fromwork stack handover through to project completion in an effectiveand efficient manner. Success will be measured against our 3imperatives; HSEQ performance, programme adherence and outstandingcustomer satisfaction.KeyResponsibilitiesSupervisethe delivery teams during the works, including site set up,enabling of the works, Gas operations, backfill and reinstatementand site completionAttend all sites in orderto disseminate the Construction Phase Plan information, includingall RAMS, with regards setting up of the site and to brief the Teamleader on their responsibilities to ensure that the works carriedout on the Network comply with the relevant statutory requirements(CDM, IGEM) and Cadent standards and ProceduresSupervise, the opening and closing of street workspermits in accordance with NRSWA including the management of agreedTraffic Management and Permit Conditions and the timely capture ofreinstatement completion informationEnsurethat all the client and operational requirements are met in aprofessional and efficient mannerWorkcollaboratively with the Customer Liaison Officer to engage withcustomers and identify any specific needs (PSR, language line etc)to minimise disruption Provide daily andweekly reports as required and to ensure that all service levelsand objectives are achievedProvide a positiveand innovative input into the team, through provision of solutionsto problems and embracing change Ensurethat safety issues are reported in line with CompanyproceduresExperienceand QualificationsSHEA(Gas)NRSWA 1991 (Supervisor)SCO 1,2 & 5 (preferred)IOSH orSMSTS (preferred)NCO Gas Level 2 / Gasmanager’s appreciationSalaryand BenefitsWe offer a competitivesalary based on experience along with a full benefitspackage.Network Plus isproud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
