Operating from a supportive and friendly base on the South Coast, they offer complete design, installation, and ongoing maintenance services for fire alarms, CCTV, access control, intruder alarms, emergency lighting, fire extinguishers, nurse call systems, and advanced wireless radio fire alarm technology. As the business continues to grow, they are looking to expand their service team with a professional and motivated engineer who shares their commitment to excellent customer service.Position OverviewWe are seeking a proactive and experienced Fire & Security Service Engineer to carry out planned maintenance, servicing, fault finding, and occasional small works across fire alarm, emergency lighting, intruder alarm, CCTV, and access control systems.Key ResponsibilitiesService and maintain fire alarms, emergency lighting, intruder alarms, CCTV, and access control systemsWork on fire alarm systems including Advanced, Kentec, EMS, and EDAUse service management software and mobile app to complete worksheets, reports, and updatesCarry out small installation day works and system upgradesPerform fault-finding on conventional and addressable fire alarm systemsWork with Pyronix, Texecom, Galaxy, Paxton, Hikvision, Dahua, and WisenetCollaborate within a supportive team living the values: Positivity, Respect, Ownership, Unity, DeliveryRequirementsMinimum 3 years’ experience servicing and maintaining the listed systemsFull UK driving licenceStrong fault-finding ability, excellent diligence, and a positive, proactive mindsetWorking HoursMonday to Friday: 8:00 am — 5:00 pmOn-call rota: Approximately 1 in 6 weeksWhat is on OfferBasic Salary: Up to £34,000OTE: £40,000+Overtime: Readily available and encouragedCommission: Generous and achievable schemeOn-Call Allowance: £250 per week + time and a half, paid door-to-doorHolidays: 26 days leave + bank holidaysTravel: Paid after the first 30 minutes each wayTraining: Manufacturer training + FIA coursesFacilities: Access to a fully equipped in-house training room with numerous fire and security panelsCompany Vehicle: Fully provided, including fuel card (work use)
