This is a key leadership position responsible for defining, improving, and enforcing quality processes across complex semiconductor projects.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage Quality Assurance processes throughout the IC development lifecycle, ensuring compliance with aerospace and industry standards.Oversee the full VLSI quality flow including architecture, design, verification, DFT, embedded software, validation, packaging, and manufacturing.Implement and maintain quality systems, configuration management, and requirements tracking tools.Ensure full traceability and documentation to meet aerospace regulatory and compliance requirements.Conduct internal audits and support external audits to uphold certification and audit readiness.Collaborate closely with engineering, manufacturing, and project management teams to drive continuous improvement and promote a culture of quality.Essential Skills & ExperienceBachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Quality Engineering, or a related discipline.5+ years of Quality Assurance experience in integrated circuit development—preferably within mixed-signal or aerospace applications.Strong understanding of VLSI design and production flows including architecture, RTL, verification, DFT, validation, and packaging.Hands-on familiarity with aerospace quality and traceability standards (e.g., AS9100, DO-254, MIL-STD).Experience with configuration management and requirements tracking tools (e.g., DOORS, Jama, Polarion, Git-based workflows).Excellent communication, documentation, and audit facilitation skills.Apply today for more information
