The Job: Senior Fund ControllerThe Client: Leading global Alternative Investment managerThe Location: LondonThe Opportunity:A leading global alternative investment manager is undergoing major expansion across Europe, and they're looking to bring on a Senior Fund Controller to join their high-performing London team.This is a strategic, commercially focused role at the heart of a rapidly growing EUR multi bn+ private credit and private equity platform. It goes far beyond BAU reporting - you'll be embedded directly across investment, operations, and investor-facing functions, shaping how capital is deployed and how the platform scales.The Responsibilities:Responsible for building investment vehicles and products.Managing the operations and reporting aspects of the core investment strategy.Implement and improve the current system and processes in place.Managing TPAs, entity maintenance, investor reporting, and audit leadership.Overseeing fund operations across complex multi-jurisdictional structuresSupporting fund expansion and shaping new operating frameworks as the business growsThe Role:A qualified accountant with 5+ years of experience in a fund controller or fund accounting role gained in-house at an Alternative Investment fund manager within either PE, Private credit, or Debt.Experience in reviewing the work at a high level and a detailed level of work produced by external fund administrators.Well-versed in working closely with stakeholders - confident working closely with the Deals and Investment team as well as managing outsourced providers.
