Their customers include some of the UK’s most well-known brands.Previous commercial vehicle body building / coachbuilding experience is essential to be considered for the role.Key Responsibilities: * To undertake newbuild and repair activities on vehicles of all types to the highest standard within the scheduled times. * To retrofit to the highest standards supplementary equipment. * To care for customers’ vehicles and property and seek to achieve the highest customer satisfaction. * To carry out all work in a safe, environmentally friendly, and economical way. * To build a bank of knowledge and skills to ensure you build to the latest recommended operating procedures * To share skills and knowledge to develop others within the business. * To enhance the company reputation at every opportunity when interacting with others internally or externally. * To uphold the company’s Core Values at all times.Location: North ManchesterContract Type: PermanentPay Rate: Competitive negotiable based on experienceWorking Hours: Monday to Friday 7am – 3.30pm (40 hours per week)Overtime is paid after 40 hours at time and a half.Essential Requirements: * Previous experience in a similar role within the Commercial Vehicle manufacturing Industry * Experience using hand, power and air tools * Ability to read engineering drawings and work to fine tolerances * Physically fit * Welding experience is highly desirableCompany Benefits: * Bonus hours to increase your pay * 2 x death in service * Online GP service * Company pension * Free parkingIf you have the relevant experience and are looking to join a leading company offering competitive pay and a supportive work environment, we’d love to hear from youTo Apply:Please submit your most recent CV for consideration.Major Recruitment acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment & employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
