This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a diverse portfolio of projects across multiple sectors and materials, taking a hands-on role in shaping innovative and high-quality structural design.As a senior member of the team, you will take ownership of the technical delivery of projects from early concept through to completion. Reporting to an Associate or Associate Director, you’ll be responsible for producing and reviewing design work, coordinating with architects and consultants, mentoring junior engineers, and ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, sustainably, and to the highest professional standards.About You4-7 years’ post-graduate experience in structural engineering designStrong understanding of UK codes, construction methods, and procurement processesExcellent communication, coordination, and leadership skillsA collaborative mindset and passion for creative, design-led engineeringKey ResponsibilitiesLead the day-to-day technical delivery of structural projectsPrepare and review calculations, drawings, specifications, and reportsCoordinate with clients, architects, contractors, and other consultantsAttend design meetings, site inspections, and construction reviewsManage budgets, schedules, and resource allocationSupport and mentor junior engineersContribute to team planning and project programming
