In this role, you'll support the delivery of high-quality client service through accurate and timely processing of investor transactions, responding to client inquiries, and maintaining effective relationships with key stakeholders.What You'll Be DoingThe role requires a strong attention to detail, the ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy, and the capacity to work both independently and as part of a team.Your Key Responsibilities Will IncludeTransaction ProcessingAccurately process work items within allocated timescales.Ensure compliance with internal procedures, regulatory standards, and client service level agreements (SLAs).Conduct thorough checks to minimize errors and ensure data integrity.Client CommunicationDraft and respond to client emails in a clear, professional, and timely manner.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing consistent, high-quality service.Liaise with internal teams to resolve client queries and escalate issues when necessary.Quality and ControlMaintain strong attention to detail when handling repetitive and high-volume tasks.Contribute to process improvements by identifying inefficiencies and recommending enhancements.Independent WorkManage assigned workload and prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines.Work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining accountability for accuracy and timeliness.What We're Looking ForYou'll be proactive, accurate, and motivated to deliver a great service for our clients.
