Cat A fit-out and refurbishment project, including a new roof installation. The project is based in a large business park with excellent access and space, offering an ideal environment for smooth operations.About the Company:Our client is a leading contractor renowned for delivering high-quality Cat A and Cat B fit-outs across London and the South East. They pride themselves on excellence, innovation and building strong client relationships.Role Overview:As Senior Commercial Manager, you will take full commercial responsibility for the project, ensuring financial control, risk management and contractual compliance. You will work closely with the project team to deliver on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.Key Responsibilities:Lead all commercial aspects of the project from start to finish.\tManage cost planning, forecasting, and reporting.\tOversee subcontractor procurement and contract administration.\tEnsure compliance with company and client requirements.\tDrive value engineering and risk mitigation strategies.Requirements:Proven experience as a Senior Commercial Manager on high-value fit-out/refurb projects.\tStrong knowledge of Cat A and Cat B fit-outs.\tExcellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills.\tAbility to lead commercial teams and manage complex contracts.Package:Competitive salary and benefits.\tOpportunity to work on a flagship project with a respected contractor
