Job DescriptionJob Title: Finance Bookkeeper Salary: £16,500 per annum Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 3:00pm Location: Birmingham Role OverviewWe are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Finance Bookkeeper to manage the day-to-day financial transactions of our organisation. This role is well-suited to someone who is highly organised, confident with numbers, and able to work accurately and independently within a supportive team. Experience with QuickBooks is highly advantageous for this position.Key ResponsibilitiesProcess invoices, payments, and receiptsReconcile bank statements and company accountsManage accounts payable and accounts receivableSupport month-end and year-end processesRequirementsEssential:Experience as a Finance Bookkeeper or a Credit control position (Minimum 1 years experience in the UK)Strong numerical skills and attention to detailProficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)Full right to work statusHighly Advantageous:Experience using QuickBooks (Online or Desktop)Familiarity with cloud-based accounting systems Personal AttributesReliable, methodical, and trustworthyHigh accuracy and attention to detailProfessional and discreet when handling sensitive financial informationFriendly and collaborative working styleWR Logistics are the #1 recruitment partner for all vacancies in the logistics industry.
