We’re on the lookout for a friendly, organised Conveyancer to join a busy legal team supporting one of the UK’s leading housebuilders.What you’ll be doing:\tManaging the full process of new home sales – from sending out contracts and handling enquiries to exchanging and completing.\tWorking closely with sales and technical teams to keep things moving and on track.\tHelping with the sale of part-exchange properties.\tMaking sure all legal checks (like AML and source of funds) are properly handled.\tKeeping reports and records up to date and accurate.\tSupporting colleagues and joining in team meetings and training when needed.What we’re looking for:\tAt least 3 years’ experience in residential conveyancing or plot sales.\tSolid understanding of the conveyancing process.\tComfortable handling a busy workload while staying calm under pressure.\tGood communication skills and strong attention to detail.What’s in it for you?\tSupportive team with a friendly, down-to-earth culture.\tThe chance to work with a respected company in the new homes sector.\tOpportunities to develop your skills and grow your career.
