Working closely with project managers, workstream leads, and other program/project management resources, the central LSEG Transformation (TMO) function, and other key stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of a defined set of milestones and outcomes..ROLE SUMMARY:• Establish and run the program management function for the Realtime investment portfolio, providing overall program leadership, guidance and technical expertise to manage all aspects of the workstream, including sub-workstream planning and execution• Work with Workstream Leads, Sub-workstream Leads and other project team members across LSEG to develop execution plans and manage delivery against agreed milestones, outcomes, and budget• Coordinate across Realtime Sub-workstreams, identify interdependencies and define plans to solve them, raising issues and barriers to execution where required• Implement and manage Realtime program governance and meeting cadence• Prepare materials to support regular governance meetings and facilitate decision making at Steering Committee, Workstream and Sub-workstream levels• Act as primary Workstream interface with the PMO team and lead the preparation of all materials as required by PMO for governance, reporting and communications purposes• Work with Realtime Finance members to track actual and projected spend against approved budgets and manage any change requests if necessary.• Collaborate with other LSEG workstreams outside of Realtime as required to address any dependencies and opportunities• Ensure the workstream adheres to LSEG Group Standards for project methodology, governance, and risk management as well as any specific requirements as provided by PMOWHAT YOU'LL BRING:• Program and project management methodologies - Proven track record of using project management methodologies to manage project resources and activities to deliver complex programs.• Project planning & delivery - Demonstrates the discipline of planning, organizing and managing resources and activities to achieve specified outcomes within a clearly defined timeframe and standards.• Resource planning & optimization - Plans, manages, and optimizes resources within teams in order to maximize results and achieve desired performance.• Flexible ways of working - Understands different approaches to project management (e.g. Agile, Waterfall etc.) and ensures flexibility to deliver and execute within different ways of working.• Business case & benefit management - Prepares and manages business cases or proposals to justify programs or projects, and identifies, manages, and tracks benefits derived from the programs or projects.• Navigating the business - Apply knowledge of practices and approaches for managing and navigating the organization to support project/program objectives.• Industry knowledge - Demonstrates a depth of hands-on knowledge across the organization's industry and domains.• Communication - Communicates with clarity and precision, presenting complex / technical information in a concise format that is audience appropriate.• Problem solving - Defines a problem, generates solutions, and evaluates and identifies the best solution to overcome the problem.• Relationship building - Interacts well with others, quickly establishing rapport building positive relationships and networks.• Process improvement - Seeks new ways of working continuously to make processes run smoother and faster.WHAT YOU'LL GET IN RETURN: • We recognize that to attract the best talent, we need to be flexible, and we are open to discussing work arrangements with you.
