Due to growth, now seeking an experienced Sales Support Travel Co-ordinator to join its fun and friendly team, office based in London.With an excellent reputation in the industry, blessed with repeat customers our clients offers a range of holiday types from adventure to sustainable travel, globally.If you currently work within a tour operator within after sales support, operations or administration seeking career development and a varied & exciting job role this is the opportunity for you.To be considered for Sales Support Travel Co-ordinator role, the applicant MUST be from a UK based tour operator with strong attention to detail & communication skills along with a high level of computer literacy – especially word and excel.Sales Support Travel Co-ordinator – Duties * Providing an efficient, detailed oriented and customer focused after sales service. * Administration of bookings, ensuring information is correct with all suppliers, and for invoicing and documentation. * Preparing and sending out high quality client travel documentation. * Responding to pre travel customer queries about their holidays. * Creating client invoices. * Client payments; ensuring our customers make their holiday balance payments accurately and on time. * Creating online honeymoon gift lists. * Assisting product & marketing teams as required according to business demands.Benefits: * Career Growth * Office based role within a fun and friendly team * Potential to get involved in other areas of the business including marketing, sales and website development. * Generous salary & commission * Company incentives (which in recent years have included trips to Kenya and Zambia) and discounted holidays. * Travel Perks * Pension * Plus more
