The OpportunityAs Sales Manager, you'll lead, develop, and coach a growing team of Public Sector Account Managers/BDMs, ensuring they have the structure, support, and strategy required to succeed.You'll play a pivotal role in:Driving new business and expanding existing Public Sector accountsSupporting team members with deal strategy, pipeline building, and complex bidsImplementing sales frameworks, governance, and repeatable processesWorking closely with SLT on long-term growth plansRepresenting the Public Sector division internally and externallyThis is a hands-on leadership role, ideal for someone who loves winning through their team and building a high-performing, accountable culture.
