By providing tailored support and guidance, mentors will help students overcome social, emotional, and behavioral barriers that hinder academic progress. Working with individuals from diverse backgrounds, mentors will focus on raising aspirations, fostering resilience, and promoting positive learning behaviors. Accuracy and attention to detail are essential to be successful within this role, along with competency when using IT systems.
