You'll be the subject matter expert, collaborating across the business with Technology, Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Legal to deliver innovative products that align with company strategy and customer needs.Your key responsibilities will include:Owning the lifecycle of your product suite across connectivity, cloud, voice, and security.Delivering new products and features to time and budget.Managing legacy product evolution — improving, replacing, or retiring as needed.Translating market insight and customer feedback into tangible product improvements.Supporting commercial business planning, forecasting, and KPI reporting.Creating business cases, cost-benefit analyses, and product documentation.Acting as an internal product evangelist, keeping stakeholders informed and engaged.About YouYou'll be confident managing multiple moving parts, balancing commercial sense with technical understanding.
