Job DescriptionField Service EngineerLocation: Servicing London, Surrey, Hampshire, Sussex or BerkshireSalary: £30,000 to £38,000 per year, plus company vanJob type: Full timeWe are working with a well established technology provider that supplies and installs telecoms, WiFi networks and CCTV systems into high end residential properties and commercial sites across the South East.They are looking for an experienced Installation Engineer to join the team, supporting the delivery and installation of IP CCTV, networks, WiFi and hosted telephony solutions for a growing customer base.The roleYou will: * Install, configure and commission telecoms, WiFi and CCTV equipment on customer sites * Work with IP based systems including routers, switches, wireless access points and hosted voice * Carry out cabling work including installing and maintaining CAT5 and CAT6 * Diagnose and resolve technical faults on site and remotely where required * Work across high value residential properties and commercial premises to a very high standard * Liaise with customers in a professional manner and provide clear updates to the office teamAbout youIdeally you will have: * A background in telecommunications, CCTV or network installation * Experience installing WiFi hardware, routers and switches * Experience with hosted or IP based telephone systems * Experience installing and supporting IP CCTV * Strong fault finding skills and attention to detail * Good communication and organisation skills * A full UK driving licence * The right to work in the United KingdomWhat is on offer * Salary from £30,000 to £38,000 per year, depending on experience * Fully maintained company van * Company pension * Long term role with a specialist technology business working on interesting, high end projectsHow to applyApply now online, or contact Wisdom for more information
