Job descriptionJob Title: Car Sales ExecutiveReporting to: Sales ManagementDepartment: SalesLocation: Watford, UKWe have an opportunity for a sales executive to join our Car Supermarket based in Watford (1,500+ used vehicles in group stock).You will have unlimited earning opportunities with our uncapped OTE. With a competitive basic salary and a more than achievable first year Basic + OTE of £125,000.The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in Automotive sales or proven sales experience in a customer-centric role from a different industry (you'll get all the training you need to make a successful switch).What will you be doing?Understand customer needs and deliver tailored solutions from our existing/incoming stock rangeInform customers of additional services we offer including finance, insurance, accessories and service plansProvide customers with detailed quotations and cost calculationsNegotiate terms of sales, part exchanges and close dealsDeal with after sales queries and handle these with a customer first approachOther administrative and hands-on tasks in the business will be required when neededWhat do you need for this role?Full driving licencePassion for salesSelf motivatedThe PackageSalary: Up to £20,000 Basic DOE £125,000 OTE (uncapped commission)The HoursWeek 1: 6 day working week (1 weekday off)Week 2: 5 day working week, 2 days off (2 weekdays off)Monday to Friday: 08:45 - 18:00 or 11:45 to 21:00Sunday: 10:00 - 17:00If you're keen to learn more about this opportunity, apply now with your CV.Job Type: Full-timeAdditional pay:Performance bonusBenefits:Company eventsEmployee discountSchedule:8 hour shiftAbility to commute/relocate:Rickmansworth: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)Licence/Certification:UK Drivers Licence - Manual (required)Work Location: In person
