Job DescriptionCompany description:XPO, IncJob description:Logistics done differently.XPO Logistics are looking for an Operations Supervisor for our Saint Gobain Contract in Robertsbridge. This is your opportunity to take charge of a busy and unique operation. Youll be comfortable delivering our commitment to the customer and driving the operation forwards does this sound like something for you?Pay, benefits and more:Were looking to offer a salary of up to £35,000 per annum dpendant on experience and shift. In addition, we offer 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays), as well as the option to buy additional days. Youll have access to a variety of high street discounts, as well as a cycle to work scheme, a workplace pension, and many other perks.What youll do on a typical day:Take overall responsibility for the day to day running of the late site and Transport operation, including the relationship with the customer.Drive operational compliance and maintain Health and Safety standards.Ensure that all KPIs are hit and meet the customer SLAsGet involved in HR activity, including incident investigations, disciplinaries and performance management.Maintain stock file accuracy through both manual and automated WMS.What you need to succeed at XPO:A strong, demonstrable background in warehouse managementIdeally, youll have worked in a 3PL environment and understand customer needsPractical exposure to WMS systems and Microsoft.Experience of managing performance in a leadership role.CPC Qualification desirable but not essential.SAP knowledge and application desirable but not essential.Be part of something big.We strive to create an inclusive environment for all our colleagues, where everyone feels welcomed, empowered and where you can bring your true self to work.
