Job DescriptionWe're currently recruiting for a motivated Mobile Smart Repair Technician to work across Aberdeen.We offer:Additional opportunity to earn up to £9,000 every three years in performance-based bonuses - terms and conditions apply.44 hours per weekStarting from 33 days' annual leave, increasing with serviceSalary review twice per yearExcellent opportunities to continue training and career progressionGenerous employee discountsPrivate healthcare and sick pay coverMaternity and paternity packagesHoursFull time: Monday - Friday 8am - 5.30pmAbout the roleAs a Mobile Smart Repair technician, you'll travel around various locations, carrying out smart repairs to our vehicle sales stock to an excellent standard. You'll be fully mobile, with access to one of our fully equipped smart repair vehicles.The right person for the job will be energetic and self-motivated, with the ability to work on their own initiative, and excellent people skills. What's more, you'll have a great eye for detail and take pride in doing a meticulous job.Day-to-day dutiesPreparing vehicles for paintwork (including masking)Carrying out minor damage repairsPolishing to remove defects from vehicle paintworkMixing paint to apply to vehiclesApplying paint products correctly and to a high standardEssential skillsA full UK driving licenceSmart repair/Spray painting experienceAn excellent eye for detailThe ability to multi-taskWillingness to work on your own initiativeOur CultureArnold Clark is committed to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace.
