Customer satisfaction and commitment to superior quality of service are our top business priorities, along with investing in and supporting our partners and employees.We are a true International IT provider and are proud to deliver our services through global simplicity with trusted transparency.Position Overview:Due to continued business growth, EOS are seeking an Operations Associate to help fulfil and exceed the company's service delivery requirements.Daily Duties:Sourcing and liaising with third party vendors globally to provide IT & AV equipmentManage delivery timescales, mitigating delays and reporting such to managementWorking closely with key internal and external stakeholdersProviding a high level of customer service to our clients, some of which are leading global IT organisationsProactively plan and organize inbound and outbound deliveries to meet implementation datesCarryout purchase order processingUndertake training as required or as identified by management for the proper execution or development within your role/company.Any other ad hoc duties as reasonably required by the company and within the competency of the post-holderEssential Criteria:Excellent written and verbal communication skillsHighly IT literate and proficient in Microsoft Office software programs (Outlook, Word, Excel)Strong numeracy skills and analytical abilityEfficient time management skills, with ability to manage workload and prioritize tasksAble to work as part of a team in a fast moving, growing global companyEvidence of excellent organisational and proactive problem solver, who can think on their feet to overcome issues with supply.Can maintain a high standard of work, even when working under pressure and handling multiple issuesBe a motivated, self-starter, who can demonstrate a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in their work.Be flexible and adaptable to change to meet the needs of the customer working across different time zones.Desirable Skills:Degree in Business/IT management or related business discipline is desirable but not requiredDemonstrable experience working in either a Procurement/Customer Service/IT or Logistics roleExperience of Audio Visual/Video Conferencing and Networking environmentsExperience using ERP systems e.g., Sage X3, QuickBooksA firm knowledge of the supply chain processEOS is committed to creating a diverse and inclusive work environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
