Oracle SCM Project Manager

Job Specification:We are seeking experienced Oracle Fusion SCM, Source to Pay Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of Oracle Cloud Source to Pay SCM implementations within our Finance Transformation Programme. You will oversee consultants and collaborate across functional and technical workstreams to ensure seamless execution. This role demands strong project management expertise, deep knowledge of Oracle Cloud SCM, and the ability to guide complex business solutions from planning through post-implementation.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the implementation of Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM workstreams, aligned with the broader Finance Transformation Programme.Develop and manage detailed project plans, milestones, and deliverables.Monitor and control project scope, schedule, and resources; manage changes in alignment with programme governance.Identify and manage dependencies across workstreams and stakeholder groups.Proactively mitigate risks and escalate issues as needed to maintain project momentum.Foster collaboration and provide leadership across internal teams, suppliers, and partners.Partner with business workstream leads to track progress and ensure alignment.Support the transition to post-implementation support teams.Ensure delivery of business goals within agreed time, scope, and quality parameters.Promote a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.Required Skills & ExperienceExperience of managing Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM implementations.Proven track record of delivering complex Oracle Fusion projects using Waterfall and Agile methodologies.Strong functional understanding of Oracle SCM Source to Pay Implentations.Proficiency in project planning tools - Microsoft ProjectExceptional stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills.Experience leading cross-functional teams and working with external delivery partners.Strong documentation and organisational skills.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
