This is your chance to become a part of the dedicated team and grow in your IP career.Key Responsibilities:Instructing overseas associates for patent and design filings and responsesPreparing cost estimates for clientsReporting filing, prosecution, and grant communications to clients, and providing draft reporting for fee earner approvalUtilising IP management systems such as Inprotech for efficient workflowCollaborating with clients, attorneys, and administrators to manage client portfoliosEnsuring legal requirements are met for patent filings, including obtaining legal documentsHandling administrative tasks such as diary management, invoicing, and document proofingCandidate Requirements:A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Patent Paralegal/similar positionA CIPA qualificationStrong organisational skills and the ability to work under pressure while maintaining accuracyDocketing and Trade Mark Prosecution experience would also be advantageousProactive team player with the capacity to work autonomously when necessaryExcellent written and oral communication skills, including client-facing interactionsFamiliarity with electronic records and billing systems is a plusA readiness to work additional hours occasionally to meet deadlinesApply online or contact Antony Setford at G2 Legal today.#INDMADS
