Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment, developing key retail partnerships and driving revenue growth?We are recruiting on behalf of a leading brand in the consumer goods sector for an International Account Manager [Head of Sales] looking after the sales team and account base in Germany and the Netherlands. This role offers the opportunity to lead a sales team of three people, manage strategy, manage key relationships, and expand the company's presence in the German and Dutch markets. Key Responsibilities:Manage existing key retail relationships.Manage an ambitious sales team of three peopleBusiness development and new relationship development with retailers not currently traded withManage and grow relationships with distributors, agents, and direct retail partners.Take ownership of sales and profitability targets, working closely with cross-functional teams.Conduct market analysis to identify new opportunities and sales strategies.Oversee international exhibitions and trade shows, representing the brand globally.What We're Looking For:Experience managing [non food] retailers across Germany and Netherlands.Strong negotiation skills and commercial acumen.Experience in category management and strategic planning.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work across different cultures.Willingness to open new retail relationshipsPeople management experienceGerman or dutch language skillsWhy Join?Be part of a global brand with exciting growth plans.Work in a collaborative, high-energy team with a strong support network.Competitive salary, benefits, and career progression opportunities.If you are a driven International Account Manager looking to make an impact on an European scale, we want to hear from youSalary is c£78 000 plus bonus and car
