My client is currently seeking an Assistant Facilities Manager with at least 1 year of experience to support the delivery of best‐in‐class FM services across a diverse portfolio of commercial properties, including multi‐tenanted industrial, office, and neighborhood retail schemes.Working in a tight knit team, you'll play a key role in ensuring smooth day‐to‐day operations, building strong tenant relationships, and helping deliver exceptional service to multiple clients.Key Responsibilities:Assisting the FM team in contractor management and supplier procurementSupporting service delivery across client portfoliosCarrying out site and vacant unit inspections with detailed reportingEnsuring compliance with health & safety requirementsManaging and administering health & safety and contractor registration systemsInstructing contractors on planned and reactive maintenance workAssisting with service charge budgets, expenditure tracking, and year‐end reconciliationsHelping to procure utilities, approve invoices, and manage tenant rechargesThe Ideal Candidate:Minimum 1 year of facilities management experience in a commercial FM environmentStrong knowledge of health & safety legislation and complianceProactive, independent, and solutions‐focusedSkilled at building strong relationships with tenants and suppliersWilling to travel to sites across the UK (typically within 2.5 hours)If this position sounds like your next step in your Property/Facilities career click Apply
