Where no two days are the same.Your roleLead the configuration and integration of CAN and Ethernet-based Bootloaders in AUTOSAR environments.Configure and integrate Security Stack modules (Crypto, SecOC, CSM, HSM) in alignment with project security requirements.Perform AUTOSAR memory partitioning and protection configurations (MemMap, MPU, MMU) to ensure software separation and system robustness.Support Functional Safety (ISO 26262) implementation by ensuring compliance in software design, configuration, and testing phases.Work closely with system architects to design secure communication and authentication mechanisms.Perform BSW integration activities including communication stack, memory stack, and system services.Integrate and validate ECU Extracts and Application SWCs.Support issue analysis and debugging during integration and validation phases.Collaborate with cross-functional teams for continuous integration (CI/CD) of AUTOSAR components.Provide technical guidance to junior team members and support design reviews.Your ProfileStrong experience in Classic AUTOSAR SWC development, RTE, and BSW configuration (AUTOSAR 4.x).Expertise in Bootloader integration (CAN/Ethernet) and Security Stack configuration (Crypto, CSM, SecOC).Hands-on experience with Vector DaVinci Configurator and DaVinci Developer.Hands-on experience with Memory partition and protection.Good understanding of CAN, LIN, Ethernet, and DoIP protocols.Proficiency in embedded C and debugging tools such as UDE and Lauterbach TRACE32.Familiarity with Infineon TriCore TC2xx/TC3xx microcontrollers.Experience with tools such as CANoe, CANape, and CAPL scripting.Strong analytical and debugging skills for embedded systems.If you're excited about this role but don’t meet every requirement, we still encourage you to apply, your unique experience could be just what we need.What you’ll love about working hereWell-being hub and different wellbeing initiativesHybrid working up to 70%Possibility to work up to 45 days per year from abroadOpen access to digital learning platformsActive employee networks promoting diversity, equity and inclusion like OutFront, CapAbility or Women@CapgeminiNeed to knowThis is Hybrid role. 2-3 days/week presence is required in office.All roles will require a level of security clearance; BPSS OR Security Clearance OR Developed Vetting.You can bring your whole self to work.
