Join us and be part of something extraordinary.We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Commercial Law Group Counsel to join our Legal team. This role is located in Manchester or London, UK.In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: Lead the structuring, drafting, and negotiation of a broad range of vendor agreements, with a particular emphasis on technology-related contracts, outsourcing arrangements, and other agreements governing the supply of goods and services.Advise and support the Enterprise Sourcing Office in maintaining and enhancing a robust governance framework. This includes aligning practices with global regulatory expectations and the firm’s risk appetite. You’ll stay informed on developments in vendor management and third-party governance, help guide necessary adjustments, and support preparations for regulatory engagements and examinations. To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following: Qualified lawyer with a legal degree and 3+ years of post-qualification experience, ideally gained at a leading law firm or financial institution.Strong legal and analytical skills, with experience drafting and negotiating commercial and technology contracts.Familiarity with regulatory requirements applicable to third-party service arrangements in the financial services sector.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Commercially minded, pragmatic, and adaptable.Strong communicator and effective collaborator across teams and functions.Curious, proactive, and committed to continuous learning and development.Experience with contract lifecycle management tools is a plus.
