Job DescriptionPurposeTo own and lead Edyn's tours and groups sales strategy, driving revenue, client retention, and market growth through strategic account management and high-impact partnerships across the tour operators and group travel sectors in all relevant markets.Reporting toGlobal Director Key AccountsLocation & HoursBased at our London offices 5 days a week.IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:Own and manage strategic relationships with key tour operators and group travel providers to maximise commercial value and brand loyaltyDevelop and execute a proactive tours and groups sales strategy, focused on driving revenue and optimising distributionShape and deliver growth plans for key regions, leveraging market insights and group travel demand dataLead commercial negotiations, rate strategy, and joint initiatives with tour operators and group travel partners to optimise visibility and conversionDrive tours and groups performance, including preferred partnership programmes and strategic alliances with organisationsCollaborate cross-functionally with revenue, marketing, and operations teams to align commercial goals and tactical executionAnalyse performance across all tours and groups channels, using insights to refine strategy and report on ROIRepresent Edyn at key industry events and conferences, building visibility and driving influence within the tours and groups sectorIdentify and develop new tour operator and group travel partnerships, supporting growth and expansion into untapped markets and sectorsIN THIS ROLE YOU WILL NEED THE FOLLOWING:ExperienceSignificant experience managing strategic tour operator and group travel partnerships in hospitality looking after £3m plus of annual businessAt least 5 years' experience in the hotel sector with focus on tours and groupsProven track record of driving revenue and brand exposure through tour operators, group travel providers, and wholesale channelsDeep understanding of group booking processes, tour series contracting, and distribution strategiesExperience managing regional, national and international tour operator accounts with a commercial lensMinimum 7 years in senior sales or account management roles in fast-paced, commercially focused businessesStrong knowledge of the tourism landscape and group travel marketsSkillsStrong communicator with excellent stakeholder and partner management skillsStrategic thinker with a high level of commercial acumen and a results-driven mindsetConfident negotiator with experience in group rate and contract managementHighly analytical and comfortable using performance data to shape sales activityProficient in sales, CRM, and reporting platformsExcellent knowledge of tourism industry and group travel procurement practicesAttributesEntrepreneurial and commercially proactive, with a clear focus on growthClient and brand-focused, with a solutions-driven approachSelf-motivated, collaborative, and able to lead initiatives independentlyWell-connected within tour operator and group travel landscapesOrganised, detail-oriented, and driven to exceed performance expectationsPassionate about the tourism and group travel market and its evolving needs#J-18808-Ljbffr
