Job DescriptionFinance Process Improvement Analyst - Oracle Specialist- Financial ServicesLocation: London, HybridContract: PermanentExperience: 3–5 yearsMiryco is currently partnering with a leading financial services organisation to recruit a Process Improvement Analyst with a focus on Oracle to join their finance team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys improving process improvement, optimising systems, and getting the most out of financial data.The successful candidate will play a key role in enhancing the efficiency and accuracy of finance processes, ensuring robust financial controls, and helping the business make better use of data and automation.Key Responsibilities:Review, improve and document existing financial processes and controls.Analyse financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for efficiency.Play a leading role in a current large-scale Oracle implementation programme.Develop and maintain process improvements to enhance reporting and accuracy.Support automation initiatives within the finance function (VBA and Excel skills highly beneficial).Collaborate with finance and wider business teams to implement best practice controls and reporting tools.Assist in the continuous improvement of financial systems and data management.Key Requirements:3–5 years’ experience in a finance or data-focused role (Finance Analyst, Financial Controls Analyst, Financial Data Analyst or similar).Working knowledge of Oracle / Oracle implementation.Strong understanding of financial processes, data flows, and internal controls.Advanced Excel skills; VBA experience would be a strong advantage.Comfortable working with large datasets and translating financial data into actionable insights.Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.Detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive in driving process improvement.Why Apply?This is a fantastic opportunity for a finance professional who enjoys using data and technology to improve business performance.
