If you’re a proactive coordinator who enjoys creating content, optimizing campaigns, and collaborating across teams, this role offers clear development, supportive leadership, and meaningful work.Role OverviewWe’re hiring a Marketing Coordinator to execute multi-channel campaigns, manage content calendars, track performance, and support brand and demand-generation initiatives across digital and offline channels.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate end-to-end campaigns (planning, asset creation, launches, reporting)Manage content calendars and publish across website, email, and social mediaCreate and edit content: posts, emails, landing pages, basic design assetsUpdate website pages and optimize on-page SEO with keywords and metadataBuild and send email campaigns; maintain lists and segment audiencesTrack metrics (traffic, engagement, leads, CTR/CVR) and prepare weekly reportsSupport events and webinars: logistics, registrations, follow-up communicationsCollaborate with Sales and Product to align messaging and collateralBrief external partners/agencies and manage timelines and deliverablesMaintain brand guidelines and ensure consistent tone and visual identityRequirements1–3 years in marketing coordination or similar roleProficiency with marketing tools: CMS (e.g., WordPress), email platforms, social schedulersBasic design and editing skills (Canva/Adobe), and strong copywriting fundamentalsUnderstanding of SEO, analytics, and UTM trackingOrganized, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling multiple deadlinesClear communication skills and a collaborative mindsetSchedule & LocationFull-time, on-site or hybrid in Leeds, UKStandard business hours with occasional support for events and campaign launchesCompensation & PerksCompetitive salary with performance bonus potentialTraining, certifications, and clear growth path toward Senior Coordinator/ExecutiveSupportive team culture, modern tools, and opportunities to own projectsAbout the CompanyWe’re a growth-minded organization that values thoughtful strategy and reliable execution.
