We’re currently looking for a TA Partner for our office in Maidenhead for the next one year, with the opportunity to convert into permanent employment.Roles and responsibilitiesActive talent sourcing at LinkedIn, social media, and related platformsPre-screen, interview, and coordinate the applicants according to the Karo hiring standardsProvide an amazing candidates' experience at each stage of the recruiting process as well as take ownership on the health of your pipeline and relations with your candidates' networkBecome a partner to your hiring managers, make sure they have all the needed details to proceed with their interviews, and provide feedback in a timely manner thereafterPro‑actively network with, reach out to, and attract the passive talents as well as bring them to the active pipelineInitiate and participate in side projects such as employer branding, communities management, networking, diversity, etc.QualificationsUniversity degree in human resources, business administration, psychology, or related fieldAt least 3 years of experience working in talent sourcing/scouting and talent acquisition, ideally you already recruited for e‑commerce, commercial & marketing roles, medical science, or related projects internationallyExperience recruiting in the Consumer Health domainHands‑on approach with pre‑screening, effective interviewing, and rapid coordinationExperience with active candidates sourcing via LinkedIn and/or other social media platformsExcellent interpersonal skills and focus on teamworkExcellent written and spoken English skillsA mix of in‑house recruiting and recruiting agency experienceBenefitsOpportunity to create, grow, and encourageApart from a competitive salary pack, there are lots of growth opportunities to meet your personal ambitionsFlexible schedule and life‑work balanceResponsibility for exciting and challenging projects that have a direct, visible impact on our customers and the industryVery positive work environment in a young, international, and motivated teamStart‑up spirit while being a part of the large international organization with strong valuesKaro Healthcare has a Diverse & Inclusive environment.
