The college strives to create an environment where staff can thrive both professionally and personally.HR & Payroll Analyst Experience EssentialsProven experience of sourcing, project managing, and implementing HRIS and / or Payroll systems, ideally within the public sector, higher education, or charity sectors.Strong knowledge of UK employment law and payroll legislation.Skilled in data analysis, reporting, and data quality assurance using Excel, Power BI, SQL, or similar tools.Experience with HR data cleansing, migration, and HR process improvement projects.Excellent organisational skills and ability to handle multiple priorities.Familiarity with data governance frameworks, project management methodologies (PRINCE2, Agile or similar), is desirable.Relevant qualifications in HR, Business, IT, or related fields.LocationWhile there is flexibility for some remote working, this role demands regular onsite collaboration with various departments. Candidates should be accessible by reliable transport and comfortable with travel to site as needed.
